Meet the Team Behind Patent360 LLC
At Patent360, we believe that successful patent protection starts with a deep understanding of both technology and USPTO procedures. Our internal team is led by Barry Choobin, a USPTO-registered patent practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in both public and private sector patent work.
All patent applications and USPTO filings are personally handled and reviewed by Mr. Choobin. For trademark, copyright, and litigation matters, we do not offer direct representation but maintain a referral network of independent, licensed attorneys. Clients are introduced to those attorneys for one-on-one legal engagements.
Our team combines technical know-how, strategic thinking, and professional diligence – all within the authorized scope of patent services.
Confidentiality & NDA Requests
As registered patent practitioners before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”), we are subject to the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct, including the confidentiality obligations set forth under 37 C.F.R. § 11.106 relating to information provided by clients and prospective clients in connection with patent matters. While a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) is generally not required for initial patent-related discussions, upon request and after establishing contact with our office, we are happy to provide our standard NDA for additional contractual protection.
